Behringer Harvard Initiates the Second Phase of Allegro Project

Behringer Harvard declared the initiation of streamlining Allegro II. Acquired in December 2010, Allegro II is the second phase of a luxury multifamily community. It is upgrading its facility by adding 121 apartment homes on the nearby 1.2-acre site, complementing the exclusive 272-unit Phase I of the community.

Located at 15750 Spectrum Drive in Addison Circle, Allegro utilizes a 70-acre mixed-use development site that leads to Dallas Parkway and to most of the areas of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

The Chief Operating Officer of Behringer Harvard Multifamily REIT I, Mr. Mark T. Alfieri said that Allegro I has been accepted among the present day professionals due to its simplified access to the world-class retail centers, major Dallas employment centers, and various other dining and entertainment sites. Allegro II will provide the same level of quality, features and amenities as that of Allegro I, with versatile floor plan options that gained popularity among the Allegro residents.

A resort-style pool and spa with private lounge and cabanas, two landscaped courtyards, a barbecue area, a tanning bed, a business center, an outdoor games deck and spin-biking area, a game room with kitchen and billiards table, and an advanced fitness center have been provided by the Allegro Community. Allegro II’s ipgrade plans include units with luxury finishes such as stainless steel appliances, private patios or balconies, brushed nickel hardware granite countertops and full-size washers and dryers.

The portfolio of Behringer Harvard Multifamily REIT I, along with the AllegroII, consists of investments in 43 multifamily communities across 13 states that include 11,295 apartment homes.

Behringer Harvard is focused on managing and providing global institutional-quality alternative investment programs for both institutional and individual investors.
