Belgard Hardscapes Exhibits Pavers in Builder Concept Home Series

Belgard Hardscapes will exhibit its skill and expertise at the 2012 International Builders Show this month at Orlando, Florida in the 14th annual Builder Concept Home Series.

BUILDER Concept Homes

The innovative series highlights three distinct homes that were specifically designed in response to the varied lifestyle needs of Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen B or Baby Boomers. Each home features the meticulously crafted walkways, driveways, pool decks and patios by Belgard Hardscapes.

Belgard Hardscapes’ marketing VP, Ken O’Neill, stated that the BUILDER Concept Home Series shows the outstanding expertise of Belgard pavers. The extensive and diverse arrays of pavers are offered in a variety of colors, texture and style, out of which three different homes were designed with three distinct styles and exquisite designs, based on the current preferences of customers.

Belgard Hardscapes, known for its innovative paving and wall products was the chief paver supplier, installing its versatile pavers for all three homes. In addition, it also served as an Alliance Sponsor for the Concept Home series. The Gen X home features Mega Arbel Oak Run with a border of Urbana 12x12 Slate. The Gen Y model includes City Series 12x12 Cream and Appian Combo Cream. The Gen B or Baby Boomer home features a border of 12x12 Urbana Charcoal and Urbana Knightsbridge.

The three homes were located alongside the blind alley and will serve as a paradigm for the 1,900-unit division of the Eagle Creek community proximal to the Lake Nona of Orlando. Free guided tours will be offered between February 8 and 11 for the IBS 2012 visitors. In addition, the project website showcases the Baby Boomer house, allowing a comprehensive, photo-realistic virtual tour for the same.
