The VELUX Group, a producer of quality skylights and roof windows, now unveils a new array of roof windows that enhance daylight, energy efficiency, adaptation and comfort.
The VELUX Thermo Technology improves insulation properties of the VELUX series, facilitating a u-value of 1,2 for standard roof windows. Along with enhancing the passive solar gains during summer, the company will continue offering an exceptional range of sun protection systems, unique pane variants and decoration in order to minimize overheating during summer.
With the new generation of VELUX roof windows, proper ventilation is maintained even if the window is closed, facilitating the free flow of fresh air and ensuring excellent indoor climate.
The multi-level installation bracket presented with VELUX roof windows facilitates simpler and flexible roof installation with dual configurations such as standard or flush. The flush installation promotes elegance and energy-efficiency as the windows remain submerged in the roof with a depth of 40 mm.
The electrical VELUX roof windows and components comprises a modified VELUX INTEGRA control pad that promotes advanced and versatile indoor climate control.
The internal and external elegant design of the new generation of VELUX roof windows is further enhanced with sleek frames and sashes. The entire range of products of VELUX complies with the stringent standards of quality and performance.
VELUX’s new generation products were showcased at the Dach & Holz exhibition in Germany on 31 January 2012. The new generation of VELUX roof windows anticipates another launch during the spring of 2012 at Scandinavia.
