New Rooftop Sealer from Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance

Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance declared that its line of roofing products have been supplemented with a new TremSeal Pitch Pocket Sealer. This newly introduced component will enhance the protection of rooftop equipment, flashings, and roof surfaces, preventing the damage through water intrusion.

This TremSeal Pitch Pocket Sealer serves as a tool for solving most of the sealing complexities and challenges faced by a contractor for low-slope commercial roof systems.

The Director of product management for Tremco, Kurt Sosinski said that this new sealer is flexible and can be adapted for applications including lightning terminals and pitch pans. This rooftop urethane sealer also serves other general purposes. It is void of any odors or VOCs and functions as a two-component system. The application is simple and it seals any surface in less than 30 minutes. The sealer has high compressive strength, and is also durable, serving to be the ideal option for adhesion purposes. Its applications include bituminous roofing plies, masonry, metal, and various other roofing materials. It provides an excellent rooftop service as it is UV resistant, and hence can be employed as reliable equipment for sealing roof-tops.

Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance is based in Beachwood, Ohio. It facilitates the construction projects concerned with healthcare, manufacturing, education, government, and several commercial industries. Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance is a part of Tremco, which was established in 1928 and forms a part of RPM Building Solutions Group, a global pioneer in the construction, maintenance, repair and related markets.
