Emser Tile Supplies Tile and Stone Materials to LEED-Certified EnV Project

Emser Tile, a leading designer and supplier of counter tile, floor, natural stone, and wall, continues to expand in the Multi-Family Housing (MFH) industry.

The EnV Project, which has been distinguished with 2011 ‘High-Rise of the Year’ award presented by the MultiFamily Executive, owes its gratitude to its tile and stone material supplier Emser.

EnV is a 249-unit, 29-story magnificent apartment tower, located in the River North section of Chicago diagonal to the Merchandise Mart. EnV is one of the primary buildings in Chicago to be distinguished with LEED-certification. It is renowned for its elegant and energy-efficient design.

The Director of Commercial Sales at Emser Tile, Shawn Ghodsian said that following the growing foreclosure, the MFH market progresses its development, thereby encouraging the previous proprietors to enter the rental markets. The demand for renters has been increasing more this year. Emser works towards improving and renovating the existing buildings and will progress expanding into the market’s Multi-family segment.

The Surfaces Show 2012 is scheduled to take place between January 24th and 26th, 2012, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. This show will exhibit the extensive range of Emser Tile’s products.
