Tri-Tex Roof Systems Achieves Six Commercial Roofing Projects

Tri-Tex Roof Systems, an exclusive roofing service company that serves several parts of the U.S. Following the achievement of six commercial roofing projects, its Q3 of 2011 came to an end.

The commercial roofing projects of Tri-Tex included Trudy’s Restaurant with 12,000 sq.ft of metal roofing, 5,000 sq.ft of Claymex tile, and 6,000 sq.ft of flat roofing that also comprised EPDM rubber membrane application for the restaurant’s Dripping Springs location, Safeway Corporation of 70,000 sq.ft features flat roof Fibertite product, Monier Tile and Berridge standing seam metal roof panels, and The Rim features a 10,000 sq.ft flat roof in San Antonio retail center.

Tri-Tex installed a Versico TPO membrane and a high-quality Ludowici tile roof. Hat Creek Burgers was provided with new metal roofing for the local burger company’s facilities at Loop 360 and Bee Caves Road.

West Side Ale House was provided with specialized flat roof installation for the restaurant’s new Round Rock Location. In addition, Durolast single-ply membrane roof was installed along with a standing seam metal roof over two layers of rigid ISO insulation.

In Winding Creeks Apartments, Tri-Tex replaced the 85,000 sq.ft roof at the multi-family residential community in San Antonio. The project involved tear off and installation of asphalt shingle roofing.
