Legacy Building Solutions unveils its first line of fabric buildings in-built with structural steel beams, integrating the high quality rigid frame engineering with valuable tension fabric. This technology benefits salt or sand storage, soil remediation, recycling, aircraft hangars, recreational facilities, military facilities, agriculture and cattle buildings, public works, warehousing, wastewater treatment plants, riding arenas, oil and gas operations, and commodity storage.
In Legacy buildings, the hollow-tube, open web truss framing has been replaced with a durable rigid frame. The industry’s solid structural steel beams are resistant to corrosion, and includes multiple coating options, such as powder coat paint, hot dip galvanizing, and red oxide primer. This robust structural steel frame offers flexibility to customize the length, width, height, and inch of fabric buildings. The design offers spacious doors with additional side doors. In addition, it provides broader floor area, customized for rim extensions and interior columns. It can also be designed to support overhead cranes, extra loads for sprinklers, commodity loads on the sidewalls, lighting systems, heating and ventilation, and conveyors.
Legacy buildings provide high-quality polyethylene fabric roofs combined with metal-constructed facilities to reduce corrosion. The durable fabric facilitates the illumination of structure with natural light, with optional insulation. Furthermore, it also offers PVC fabrics. The design can be optimized for portable or stationary applications with accelerated installation. Modification is carried out on sidewalls employing steel, paneling or siding before being lined with fabric to prevent internal corrosion.
Legacy provides design and related services for installation, renderings, foundation design, and project management. Legacy’s domestic professional installation crews have constructed over 25M sq.ft., fabric buildings so far.
