2012 NAHB International Builders’ Show Exhibits Variety of Therma-Tru Entryways

Therma-Tru has been recognized for its sophisticated products and anticipates providing its Fypon synthetic products and entryway systems for the Cool Energy House, BUILDER Concept Home, Eco-Home at Show Village and the 2012 NextGen Home.

For Cool Energy House, Therma-Tru has provided ENERGY STAR qualified nine Smooth-Star fiberglass doors. Windows and doors surrounding the home’s exterior are being installed with Fypon low-maintenance PVC flat trim fixtures. In addition, the home is designed with a baluster system, Fypon urethane crown fascia mouldings and louvered shutters. Besides, a peaked cap pediment and a crosshead have been included to underline the Therma-Tru entryway.

Regarding BUILDER Concept Home Program, Therma-Tru along with Centerline Homes, supplies a Classic-Craft Rustic Collection door system with Ashurst clear reflective bevels, black nickel caming and ripple double water glass for the Gen X show home. The entryways of the Gen Y and Gen B homes have been installed with the company’s Smooth-Star entryways with flushed-glazed Low-E glass.

In order to facilitate high energy-efficiency in the Eco-Home, its main entrance is decorated with Therma-Tru’s fiberglass Classic-Craft Canvas Collection entryway. Additionally, the home is in-built with other features from the company like Smooth-Star door with privacy glass, and Smooth-Star French-hinged doors with Impact-resistant glass.

Therma-Tru is an ‘Official NextGen Sponsor’ and contributes a Classic-Craft Mahogany Collection door provided with Longford decorative glass for the main entrance. The living room is designed with two sets of Smooth-Star French patio doors with grilles, and the bedroom is supplemented with another Therma-Tru door.
