Village Green Builders has unveiled three of its six “Founder’s Collection” plans expected to be constructed at Saluda River Club in the Village District. These single-family homes featuring three bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths are Village Green Builders’ newest collection.
The new master down home plans are appropriate for the town center of the Village District - Saluda River Club. The town center comprises a private clubhouse, paved walk paths, pool, fitness center and a number of different types of homes. Each one of the new homes plans have wide open living spaces, screened rear porches and a large front porch. These homes, measuring 2,000 sq.ft, feature large walk-in closets, walk-in shower, soaking tub, water closet and two sinks.
The Petigru by Village Green Builders
The Petigru, which measures 2,210 sq.ft, has a classic formal hall and open living spaces that are great for family gatherings, entertainment or quite enjoyment. It features an open kitchen made with granite island design, family room with fireplace and dining room. The Petigru has a private section upstairs with two large bedrooms with walk-in closets and a loft for computer, TV or game room space that can be used by family or guests. There is an office, utility closet, screened porch, ample laundry room, drop zone and two car garages at the rear of the home.
The Thornwell, a 2,180 sq.-ft home, includes a broad front porch, a comfortable family room with fireplace, dining room with striking landscape views and kitchen with a four-seated granite island gas cooktop. On the main floor, the Thornwell has an office that can be used as workspace, hobby room or a homework area. There are two additional large bedrooms upstairs for family or guests and two car garage for storage.
The Longstreet, a 2,075-square-foot modern home, features open living spaces, sharp stainless steel appliances, selected lighting, hardwood flooring and ceramic tiles baths. There is a wide front porch suitable for entertainment. There are two extra bedrooms on the 2nd floor with walk-in closets. There is an office, drop zone, utility closet, screened porch, ample laundry room and two car garages at the back of the home.
Currently, Village Green Builders is constructing four homes from its new “Founders Collection” at the entrance of Village District’s Saluda River Club. Construction is expected to be completed in April 2012.
