Sterling University Housing, a fully owned auxiliary of Dinerstein, has declared that it is in the process of developing four off-campus student housing constructions to achieve LEED for Homes Silver Certificate and the homes are anticipated to get completed in 2012 August. The nationwide known company constructs one each in Florida and Texas and two in Southern California.
The Sterling student housing being constructed in San Diego, California is located within walking distance from the University of California-Riverside and the San Diego State University. The company also continues the construction of a mixed use development straight opposite the street from the Denton, Texas-located University of North Texas and a student housing district next to the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. The facilities offered at these housings include a modern home, park equipped with exercise areas, two swimming pools, multiple game rooms, tanning dome, Apple and PC computer centre and a lot more. Amenities in the apartments include contemporary furnishings, dryer, washer and a 42” TV. The apartments are intended to be eco-friendly with healthy and clean indoor air quality and other sustainable energy features.
