The Barcelona model luxury homes with a total built-up area of 4,027 sq. ft. and an open area of 3,019 sq. ft are built to endure hurricanes with strong poured concrete type of walls, roof trusses fitted with hurricane straps and windows that can withstand strong winds. The homes offered with a spacious floor plan and bigger sized family comes with French doors measuring 18 ft for entry into the home.
