Skanska has announced that it is investing €24 million or SEK 216 million in the second phase or building B of the Green Towers office project located in Wroclaw, Poland.
The environmental profile of the property is strong and the building B’s total leasable area will be roughly 11,600 sq m. The project is slated for completion by the end of next year. Ernst & Young inked the maiden lease deal for the office area in the building A. Subsequently, two more deals were confirmed for the office space in September 2011.
Similar to its all other commercial projects, Skanska has applied numerous green solutions in the design and building process of Green Towers. Moreover, the office complex got the Platinum LEED pre-certification of the highest rating. A total amount of €48 million or SEK 432 million has been invested in the Green Towers office project.
