CompoClay has introduced the new green Train Station signs, which are made up of recyclable construction materials provided by it. The Greater Alameda Business Association, CompoClay of San Francisco and the City of Alameda unveiled the signs at the Willow Street Station in Alameda.
All of the new recyclable signs are spread at the Bay, Chestnut, Grand, High, Morton, Versailles and Willow stations and all over the city of Alameda.
These ground-breaking eco-friendly signs are placed two per station and are reasonably priced. CompoClay’s new signs can withstand moisture, weather, thermal shock, mildew, freeze-thawing, termite growth and mold, and it is not like the previous wooden signs, which was installed almost two decades ago and costly to repair.
Minerals, sand and water are the main constituents of this eco-friendly construction material. This is a non-explosive, harmless material and is capable of mimicing anything from metal and wood to pottery and concrete without forfeiting durability and protection.
The company is supporting the planet to go green by providing a simple way for the cities and individuals. This way does not disturb the routine life or is expensive. Other than the green signs, the company is also delivering garden décor, building materials and home furnishings.
