The company is planning to develop the data center campus in stages starting with a 6 MW latest business class data center, which can be scaled to 9 MW. The first phase, which is 100% pre-leased comprises a single storey data center measuring 133,000 sq ft. area planned for vertical scalability and efficiency throughout the modules with different power requirements. The center will function as an important part to optimize the clients’ intricate data center capability, hardware refresh and company-wide portfolio power planning. The other phases of the project include building of a 105,000 sq ft enterprise technology center and an additional 235,000 sq ft area for the data center. The construction work for the phase one will commence in October 2011 and it is anticipated to get completed in August 2012.

The proposed enterprise technology center will include the space for the data center and corporate offices, which includes meeting areas, conference rooms and executive offices. The company has chosen the location for availing green and non carbon emanating hydro power from the Columbia River Basin at a low cost. The Quincy project planned to achieve LEED platinum certification will further authenticate the commitment of the company in having eco-friendly design and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
