Leed Enterprises Buys Wildflower Subdivision for Development

Leed Enterprises has declared the buying of around 98 completed lots and land area for future expansion covering over 500 acres in Wildflower Development, thus bringing relief to the area that was in need of attention.

The company has worked in close liaison with the officials of Macon County to complete the process of laying new roads, developing a new park in the area previously earmarked for a road and reusing the land where the earlier contractors failed to close a spring, which had resulted in flooding and uneven road conditions to the previously laid road side.

The company has continued the services of ECS, which was working in combination with CETech, a local engineering company located in Franklin, NC along with its own team of experts to provide suitable solutions for the problems and assist in completing the project.

The balance of the Wildflower Development project land purchased by the company has more than 3,600 ft elevations offering superb birds-eye view. The exclusive and luxury community boasts facilities such as a fitness center, salt water pool and a clubhouse. The gated community remains close to the business district of Franklin and is around 20 minutes drive from Harrah’s - HET Cherokee Casino.

Leed Enterprises has a group of seasoned and well-funded developers, who buy devaluated assets from lending institutions and the FDIC all over the southeast. The group has proficiency and experience in the improvement of retail and commercial developments and multi-family resort projects in Central America and the USA.
