Brentwood West, a Solstice 55+ Lifestyle Community, has celebrated the opening of its renovated clubhouse recently and its residents had the first peep into the new facilities before opening for the public.

The community broke ground for improvements within the community, which includes complete renovations of the main clubhouse, amenities repair and improvements in the community.
The presently concluded renovations also comprise remodeled gatehouse, new gate at the main entrance, an outdoor pool area with a bigger sized sundeck, refurbished exercise room and a newly constructed commercial kitchen facility. Residents of the community will also relish a fireplace and grills and a new outdoor assembly area at the main clubhouse, new walking paths, shading facility over the shuffleboard courts, new bocce ball courts and a new dog park.
The gated community is placed in Mesa, Arizona, close to the Phoenix metropolitan area. The retirement community provides its resident an atmosphere of a small-town neighborhood, amenities of a resort and security of living with least level of maintenance.
