Kirin International Holding, a private company engaged in the development of residential mixed use constructions in Xingtai, an old city in North China, declared that Xingtai Bureau of Urban Planning has granted the needed work planning permits for its 79 Courtyard project.
The project projected as a high-end residential construction with mixed level of commercial usage will have a total construction area of around 450,000 sq m over a land area of 290,000 sq m. The construction of the project is anticipated to commence in September 2011 and will get completed during the last part of 2014. The first set of residential constructions will be anticipated to be handed over by the end of the year 2012 while the last phase of the residential constructions is expected to be handed over in January 2015.
Presently, the projects of the company are concentrated in the southern region of Hebei Province, mainly in Xingtai city and around three hours drive from the south of Beijing and other close by locations. The company mainly concentrates on first-time home buyers who look forward to occupying the property from middle-class and urban professional families.
According to Longlin Hu, CEO of Kirin International Holding, the company has received Work Planning Permits; and may receive the work commencement permits and the Presale Permits soon in another four weeks time.
