Citizens Homes declared that it has been chosen to construct a gated golf community called ‘River Landing’ over the northeast Cape Fear River banks in Wallace, N.C.

The company has plans to offer a range of homes planned exclusively for River Landing. The design collection includes ranch-style plans in sizes ranging from 1,784 sq.ft to 2,216 sq.ft.. The other features of the construction include designer moldings all over the home, hardwoods in select places and 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen.
River Landing is located an hour and 15 minutes drive from south of Raleigh, N.C, and 35-minute drive from Wilmington. The 1,700-acre River Landing community established by the Murphy Family of Duplin County in North Carolina is placed among the top-selling enclosed golf course properties. Over 1,200 home sites at the community have already been purchased.
