The property is located in a proposed renovation zone on route 66 of the business district. Both CAVU Energy Services and CAVU Resources will each possess 50% of the property.

The companies have bought the 9,000 sq ft of property that includes both the workshop and office facilities by utilizing $550,000.00 funding provided by a private investor. Further developments in the area require construction of greenbelt areas, sidewalks, office space, housing, retail outlets and new streets. Both CAVU Energy Services and CAVU Resources are planning to have their headquarters located in the building on completion of the renovation.

Currently, the construction boasts a fiber optic pipe and several communication centers. The companies have proposed to expand into oil field securities, oil and gas marketing by utilizing the internet connectivity and communication lines available at the building. Currently, the companies are formulating a design plan and a variety of commercial usages for the property.

The centralized location of the property will enable both the companies to merge their corporate management, technology and accounting services from a single location and each of the companies will locate their facilities in different places in the same building.
