Judith Kinnard and Tiffany Lin, the victors of the2010 REOSE Sustainable Design Competition have provided the architectural design for the new Sunshower Steel Structural Insulated Panel (SSIP) being constructed in New Orleans.
The model construction is situated at 222, Harrison Avenue in the New Orleans, LA’s Lakeview Neighborhood.
The speedy construction of this model will take place during the coming weeks to showcase the construction of sustainable and green building. During the demo project media outlets, green building companies, international and national visitors and local builders will be offered chances to go around the project and witness the construction event. The public will come face to face with the current building designs, use of materials and the green technology utilized. The demo project will utilize the services of the preferred vendors to enable the visitors to witness the construction of a green home and experience what it has to offer. The company has also made arrangements for onsite tours for visitors.
