Earth Infrastructures Announces Launch of EARTH BETA TECH Office Space Facility in Noida, India

Earth Infrastructures, a Noida, India- based independent infrastructure providing company, has declared the launch of EARTH BETA TECH unfurnished office spaces at Earth Techone, in Plot no.1 Techzone, Greater Noida.

The construction incorporating latest technology, sophisticated features and situated at a strategic location is anticipated to become one among the leading commercial centers in the Greater Noida location.

EARTH BETA TECH provides unfurnished office accommodation to house 74 different types of businesses. The offices are offered in various sizes such as 1000, 750, 500 and 300 sq.ft. The construction situated over the Yamuna Expressway offers the strategic location advantage as well as connectivity to difference places. Located inside the 650 acres Techzone, the construction remains in close proximity to the Buddh International Circuit – racing car track and the Night Safari. The building is located on the opposite side of Gautam Buddha University.

The construction makes least ecological impact with effective use of water, energy and land. The project has a landscaped lawn, facility for rainwater harvesting, copious natural sun light inside the building and a dynamic waste management facility. The construction with all its green energy saving elements has widespread green plantations and other green features to achieve green certification.

The other features of the project include shopping areas, food courts, cafeterias, conference rooms, basement and underground parking facilities, 24 hours CCTV observation, and 100% power back up facility. The construction is planned over an area of around 15 acres and each tower will have ground plus 13 floors.
