The first ever residential development of the company in the area will feature architectural ideas of Santa Barbara, Italian and Spanish housing designs in the three types of single family home constructions. The designs while offering traditional flexibility will offer a perfect combination of design elegance and will include traditional architectural elements in combination with the typical great room centered floor plan of Standard Pacific Homes.

The proposed home design floor plans of Claremont Square are offered in area sizes ranging from 1723 to 2076 sq.ft with flexibility to add extra bed rooms and living spaces optionally. The plans will have roomy and designed open spaces and kitchens that merge into entertaining and living areas. The provided floor plans of the constructions also include lavish master suites with marbled bathroom fitted with twin Moen faucet cesspit, a shower and a bath tub and walk-in closets.

The proposed development located next to the city of Claremont, the expensive Claremont Square caters to the requirements of businessmen, artists, academics and young families by providing convenience and connectivity. The place is located within a walking distance to a Metrolink station that is just less than eight miles to the Ontario International Airport. The place also lies near reputed colleges, shopping complexes, cultural community and dining places.
