Wood Partners to Begin Building of 298 Unit Apartment Complex in Warner Center

Wood Partners has declared the buying of over four acres of land in Warner Center and its designs to commence the building of Warner Park Luxury apartment residential area with an investment of $75 million.

The construction is anticipated to commence by the middle of August and anticipated to get completed in a period of 22 months. The first of the constructed units from the location is expected to be offered in early 2013.

The proposed construction site enjoys location advantage even when compared to Southern California standards. The Warner Center located around 25 mi from Los Angeles downtown, is a diverse type of center that provides job facility for over 50,000 people and has millions of sq. ft of quality retail holdings.

The 298-unit complex will be situated at 6701 & 6703 Eton Avenue in the Warner Center division Canoga Park in the San Fernando Valley. The complex will have equal number of 1 and 2 bedroom constructions. The Warner Park on completion will boast a striking outside design. The housing units will have vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops as their interior finish.

The other facilities planned for the construction include a modern fitness center, common Wi-Fi, a business center, an internet café, televisions fitted with gaming consoles, a modern club room with attached bar area and a swimming pool resembling the one found in resorts.
