McFadden Hotel Group, the owners of the property located in West Chester, in discussion with Bonsal Shafferman, the architects at Bethlehem, PA and Allentown, PA located NorthStar Construction has decided to conserve the architecture of the building constructed in 1930s and to use it as frontage and lobby of the hotel. The Centerstone Hotel-Warner Theatre, which is anticipated to open in May 2012, will be positioned comfortably between storefronts and 30 restaurants straddling three blocks and will remain as the only hotel in the central district
The Centerstone Hotel-Warner Theatre will incorporate around 6,000 sq ft of commercial storefront area outside the entrance of the hotel on the main street. The hotel will have a meeting place to house around 80 people, a fitness center, hot tub and an indoor pool. The functional space of 1,500 sq ft can also be used as a catering facility. Owing to the availability of a number of restaurants in close by locations, the hotel will not provide full-service onsite restaurant instead it is planning to provide a breakfast room with buffet and a food store concept.
