Brandywine Homes to Construct New Homes in Rancho Santa Margarita

Brandywine Homes, after closing a land deal on four acres of land close to 241, Toll Road, has declared its intentions to get into the Rancho Santa Margarita residential market by building a town home community comprising 66 housing units.

The present 11 building complex located at 30482 Avenida De Las Banderas will have a blend of two and three storeyed houses.

The proposed bungalow homes will have areas ranging from 1,644 to 2,100 ft2 with a range of floor plans and options for two or three car garages. Each home will have facilities such as balconies in master bedrooms, walk-in type of closets, dual lavatories, and improved type of baseboards, two-tone paint usage, kitchen islands and granite countertops. The three storeyed bungalows will incorporate bigger sized rooms.

The proposed home community will also sport a central neighborhood park with a bocce ball court and a two sided water wall. Brandywine has requested for incorporation with the homeowners association of SAMLARC to enable the residents of the new home to get access to the close by private recreational facilities, tennis courts, pools, beach club and lake.

The project initiated with an investment of $31 million, is anticipated to commence during early part of 2012 and a model flat will remain ready by the summer of 2012. The first units of the homes will become ready for occupation by the last quarter of 2012 and the total project will be completed by 2015.
