BONE Structure Residential Construction to Come Up in Sherbrook, Canada

The BONE Structure, a Laval-based company known for its light steel frame house constructions, has announced the availability of new types of BONE Structure homes. The new home collections will be constructed for the Côté Nord residential project in the Sherbrooke neighborhood.

Gestion Frédérik Prévost, an authorized dealer for the company in Sherbrooke, will commence the construction of 54 housing units over an exclusive site of 40 wooded and other protected lots.

The proposed units will include multiplex and duplex homes and single family homes that use the exclusive BONE structure architecture without obvious joints or breaks in the construction and assist to integrate with the local environment smoothly. The new BONE Structure collection of homes includes models that go along well with the budgeting needs of the clients in terms of living space. The home templates include double extra large, extra large, large, medium, and small constructions and offered in made to order type of ranges.

The new residential project located at north part of Sherbrooke borders a huge park. Supply cables for the houses will be sunk underground for the purpose of preserving the landscape and beauty of the locations. The land lots available from 9,000 to 16,000 sq. ft., ranges will be traded by Gestion Frédérik Prévost and will be utilized exclusively for the building of BONE structure homes. The construction location will have 23 town houses, 4r quadruplexes (condos), 3 duplexes and 9 single-family units.

The factory made components of the BONE Structure homes can be assembled easily and accurately without using nails or cutting instruments like that of a meccano set.
