KBR declared that its Building Group has been chosen by SYSCO to provide design and building services for its proposed office cum distribution center and warehouse in Plympton, Massachusetts, for SYSCO Boston. The present contract is the seventh project awarded to KBR by SYSCO.
KBR’s Building Group will provide the required design for the proposed 632,767 square foot food distribution center. The company will also construct electrical, mechanical, structural and architectural components for the facility.
The new building will feature a refrigerated dock space, cooler and freezer in addition to a dry dock and dry warehouse. It will also accommodate office space and a facility for truck maintenance and other associated site enhancements.
KBR provides engineering, construction and services all over the world to commercial segments, industries, power sector, civil constructions, minerals, government departments, and hydrocarbon and energy sectors.
