OriensTravel & Hotel Management declared that it has commenced the construction of its Montanas Resort in Costa Rica and finished the phase one construction of a modern horse stable facility, which can accommodate 60 horses.
The company also announced that a number of developmental activities had taken place at the resort after the phase one construction was completed.
The newly constructed horse stable is spread over 10,000 square feet area and will be later expanded to a 100,000 square feet facility to accommodate about 250 horses. The stable facility contains horse drinkers, an onsite horse trainer to manage the horses round the clock and a veterinary doctor to attend the horses when needed. The facility also has a 6.6 km long horse trail that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and houses a bar/lounge for horse owners.
