Boyuan Construction Group, a China-based building company that constructs residential, commercial and civic infrastructure projects, declared that it has commenced the construction of a housing project in Zaozhuang, an upcoming city in Shandong Province.
A Residential Project Completed by Boyuan
The new project, valued at US$15.4 million, will have 12 buildings with a total construction area of 98,000 sqm. The project is anticipated to be completed in the Q4 of 2012.
The company expanded into the building construction markets of Shandong Province in September 2009 and has constructed a good number of commercial and residential building constructions in the province. The province has become an important market for Boyuan besides the Hainan Province and Yangtze River Delta.
The urban population of China has witnessed tremendous growth in recent years and nearly 666 million or around 50% of China’s population are living in urban localities. It is estimated that by the year 2015, the urban population of China will overtake the rural population of the country.
