Ramtech Building Systems, a company that provides modular constructions, declared that it has contracted a new charter school accord for the design, assembly, building and delivery of three modular buildings each measuring 7,424 square foot.
The buildings designed to have eight class rooms will be located in Dallas, Texas. The company will supply and complete the ready made constructions before the beginning of the 2011-2012 academic year.
The proposed modular construction will include individual class rooms along with two offices and will be built utilizing the conventional modular construction features of Ramtech. The proposed buildings will incorporate nine wall-installed HVAC units to provide heating and cooling while conserving energy. It will incorporate a factory erected 26 gauge R-panel metal siding for outside and use VCG walls and carpeted floor surface inside.
The construction of the modular building for all the six school buildings will be completed at the production facility owned by the company in Mansfield, Texas. The facility placed over an area of 209 acres and located in Fort Worth Metroplex of Dallas provides easy access to most of the transportation roadways to manage such modular constructions all over the Southwest.
