Delaire Country Club, located in Delray Beach, Fla, is currently undergoing reconstruction work to improve its various amenities at a cost of a $21 million to retain its popular country club image in Palm Beach County. Its rebuilding features are focused to draw the attention of the young club buyers.

The new Fitness and Tennis Center opened in the club occupies a sprawling 16,000 square foot area and is outfitted with newest equipment and technology. Its new Tennis Center has eight Har-Tru courts, a stadium court, an observation deck and a Pro Shop. The new Fitness Center opened at the club is five times bigger in size than the earlier one and has facilities for fitness and aerobics classes along with Certified Fitness Trainers. The Center also has a playground for children and a resort-style pool. The Club has a golf course with no tee time restrictions.
The construction of its 43,000 square foot Clubhouse, which is currently underway, will feature slate-style roofing, extensive stone work, copper accents and other energy saving design features. The club designed in Mid-Atlantic Traditional style will include a main dining room, a central rotunda, a golf pro shop, members grill, and card rooms. The outdoor dining area planned in the construction will overlook the green golf course.
