Bluff Manufacturing Announces Floor and Wall Rack Range for Showroom Applications

Bluff Manufacturing, engaged in design and fabrication of dock, warehouse, and safety equipment, has launched its new Single-Sided Wall Display Rack, A-Frame Slab Rack Floor Display Unit and A-Frame Slab Racks for showroom use. The units can safely display and store heavy stone slabs.

The display units along with a range of its slab handling equipment are produced at Bluff Manufacturing’s production facility located in Forth Worth, Texas. The company ships the units to the USA, Mexico and Canada.

The A-Frame Slab Rack Floor Display Unit improves the security of slabs that are displayed in showrooms. It has a robust construction and utilizes special cold formed segments of 50,000 PSI steel. It includes two fully welded A-frames that are firmly connected using two structural angle cross members. The display unit can be easily installed with the included hardware.

The A-Frame Slab Rack incorporates an all welded steel frame produced from structural channel steel and use perforations for easy anchoring over the floor. It is offered with either 6” or 5” deep pockets for insertion for post placing at nine locations. For transportation convenience, the rack is supplied in 5-foot sections, which can be bolted and linked for extended runs.

The Single-Sided Wall Display Rack can be fixed to a wall to provide a safe platform for slab display. Each set comes with two vertical frames, which can be connected with two structural horizontals to achieve a single-sided display rack to display a slab. The rack is also made from unique cold formed segments of 50,000 PSI steel. The hardware available with the unit allows easy assembly.
