Unity Infra Receives Two Construction Orders in Hyderabad, India

Unity Infraprojects, an Indian company that offers integrated engineering, procurement and construction services for infrastructure sector projects and civil construction, declared that it has bagged orders worth Rs.89.29 crores in the state of Hyderabad.

An order valued around Rs.57.05 crores is received from Industrial Infrastructure Corporation of Andhra Pradesh for constructing an office complex for the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) at the Financial District located in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad. The construction of the complex needs to be completed within a period of 18 months and the defect liability period of the contract is 24 months.

The other order valued around Rs.32.24 crores is for constructing new structures under Phase-II at INCOIS, Hyderabad for the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India. The composite contract requires Unity Infraprojects to provide electrical, civil, HVAC, PH and other allied services. The project is slated to be completed in 15 months period.
