Con-X Construction, a subsidiary of Playbox (US), has signed agreements and began three new projects for Sarra Homes. The first project is to build a high end home in North Vancouver, B.C. for 1.2 million dollars on a cost plus basis.
The next project is a $400,000 worth design-build home in Crofton, B.C. and the third project in the Shushwaps is also based on cost plus for 1.1 million dollars.
These small projects are the first steps for Con-X in signing the construction deal for 152 homes to be built for Sarra Homes in the subsequent three years. Upon the completion of these three projects satisfactorily, Con-X has signed a confirmation agreement for a cost plus management contract to construct an entire green home development on the fringes of Vancouver B.C. for 38 million dollars.
These three projects will include the similar principals and green technology, which is used in the total planned Sarra Homes’ green home community. The energy efficiency of the homes is offered by combining geo-thermal and solar along with building design and specific materials. It also provides very small footprint living for future generation.
Con-X’s 152 home projects is a low cost 300-400 thousand dollar single family home project. It provides a scientific high- end green and eco-living at average costs to the user.
Con-X Construction will receive global links to material sourcing and administer the project similarly to the immense Young Saudi Housing project carried out in Saudi Arabia
