China Intelligent to Engineer and Design Interior Lighting for Kempinski Hotel Huizhou

China Intelligent Lighting and Electronics, Inc. ("China Intelligent," "CIL" or "the Company") (NYSE Amex: CIL), a leading provider of lighting solutions that engages in the design, manufacture, sales and marketing of high-quality LED and other lighting products, today announced that it has secured a contract with Kempinski Hotels to use Hyundai-brand lighting products to engineer and design the interior lighting for the Kempinski Hotel Huizhou, one of the three five star hotels in the city of Huizhou.

Ms. Li Xuemei, Chairman and CEO of China Intelligent, said, "We are proud to partner with such a prestigious global company. We believe that our engineering and design work at the Kempinski Hotel Huizhou will allow us to showcase our innovative offering and improve our brand equity among the hotel's high-profile clientele and global network, helping us to build our leading position in the industrial design space."

The Company's engineers will primarily use energy-saving fluorescent lamps and LED lamps for the project, which encompasses the hotel's lobby, dining room, ballroom, guest rooms, conference center and media room. The project, which is valued at approximately US$1 million, began in January 2011 and is expected to be completed by the end of July 2011.
