Beck Technology announced today that it has opened a branch office in Alexandria, VA.
Strategically located just south of the Washington Reagan National airport in the popular Old Town, Alexandria area, Beck Technology’s office is located at 200 Dangerfield, Suite 103, Alexandria, VA, 22314. Stephen Stoltz, a long time member of the Beck Technology team, will manage the office. Stoltz, who previously worked in Beck Technology’s Dallas, TX headquarters location, has considerable experience working remotely with DC-based clients. The U.S. Department of State has used Beck Technology's macro Building Information Modeling (BIM) application, DProfiler™, to create visual models with real-time cost information for building projects. Beck Technology was also recently awarded a General Services Administration contract for BIM and laser scanning services, stemming from the GSA's commitment to strategic implementation of BIM technologies.
Brent Pilgrim, Director of Services for Beck Technology, said, “Despite 2010 being a tough year in the AEC industry, Beck Technology has seen increased adoption of our macro BIM software, DProfiler, and we are very excited about the opportunity to be closer to our clients in the DC area.”
