Following on from the completion of the service centre and workshop, a new project has been secured to carry out further work for valued clients HWM Aston Martin (Heritage) and HWM Alfa Romeo.
A new ‘front of house’ has been designed to provide a relaxing area for HWM’s clients to wait while their Alfa Romeo or vintage Aston Martin is being serviced.
Within the new front of house, new ceilings will be installed throughout, the walls are to be dry lined and decorated, along with new lighting, air conditioning, data, electrics and a new disabled WC. New carpet will be laid, and a soft seating area provided.
Another fit-out is also due to start on site in Oxford providing cellular office space for a local charity. Recently completed projects include an office fit-out for Gerard Daniels in a large, period property near St James Park, in London, refurbishment of 6,000 sq feet for NICE Systems UK Ltd also in London and conversion of a former indoor shooting range into en-suite chalet style holiday apartments at Bisley Camp, Surrey.
Variety is the spice of life and Gifford Grant can certainly turn its hand to any interior fit-out or refurbishment! Currently the team is working on numerous proposals including projects for accountants, a veterinary practice, a film production company and a house builder.
All elements of the project are handled from design to completion by Gifford Grant, including: taking and interpreting your brief; building survey; preparation of AutoCAD drawings; Building Regulation approval; CDM; procurement of materials; project management; full consultancy during the project; preparation of operations manuals and as built drawings; option of maintenance packages to best support the installed systems (both installed by Gifford Grant or any existing systems you require a preventative maintenance package for).
