GENIVAR Purchases Delcom Engineering

GENIVAR Inc. ("GENIVAR") is pleased to announce the acquisition of Delcom Engineering Ltd. ("Delcom"), a firm specialized in consulting engineering and land surveying.

Delcom is located in Summerside, Prince Edward Island (PEI) and has a second office location in Charlottetown. This acquisition adds 15 people to GENIVAR.

"We are very pleased to welcome Delcom within GENIVAR as it fits very well in our development strategy and strengthens our leadership in Atlantic Canada," said Stephen Wallace, Vice-President, Atlantic Canada of GENIVAR. "Through this acquisition, we are reinforcing our approach of being a global player with a strong local presence," he added.

Our culture and values are completely aligned and our strong entrepreneurial spirit is matched by that of GENIVAR, enabling us to continue to offer practical and innovative solutions to our clients in the manner that they have come to expect," said Clark Baglole, one of the founding partners of Delcom.
