Martineau Electric and Pro Con Involve in Two New LEED Development Projects

Martineau Electric, a full service commercial and industrial electrical contracting firm servicing the Northeast, is proud to announce their involvement in two new LEED development projects in conjunction with Pro Con, Inc, the general contractor on the projects.

  • 5 story 50,000 sq./ft. mixed use building LEED certified building (pending)
  • 36 luxury apartments
  • 9,400 sq./ft. of retail space
  • Custom exterior wall sconces
  • Modifications to the downtown Portsmouth lighting

NH Liquor and Wine Outlet Store – 27 Coliseum Avenue – Nashua, NH

  • 20,000 sq./ft. LEED gold building (pending)
  • Geo thermal well and pump system
  • Roof top photovoltaic system
  • Energy efficient LED lighting for the interior and exterior
  • 250KW diesel generator
  • Redundant back up heat
