EcoBlu Products, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ECOB) announced today that the company has signed a Product, Purchase, Sales, Distribution, Marketing and Service Agreement with Newstar Holdings Pte Ltd, the inventor and owner of the Hartindo AF21 formulation.
Under the terms of the agreement EcoBlu Products is granted the rights to blend and/or purchase AF21 Fire Inhibitor concentrates for inclusion in the company's WoodSurfaceFilm™ treatment. The agreement will hold an initial term of 5 years and grant the ability for the company to distribute the Enhanced Product worldwide. The combination of AF21 and EcoBlu technology creates the world's first low cost wood treatment to provide protection against Fire, Mold, Wood Rot and Termites engineered to be applied on all framing members of residential and commercial structures.
AF21 Fire Inhibitor is a nontoxic, non corrosive, biodegradable, environmentally friendly product, when incorporated into EcoBlu's Patent Pending WoodSurfaceFilm™ technology renders most wood substrates noncombustible, meeting ASTM E84 class "A" specifications. The company will aggressively pursue industry certifications to include ICC-ES and Underwriters Laboratory raising the bar on the Value Added Fire treatment market.
