Moen Incorporated has enhanced the resources on its new web site, builder.moen.com, to include an online showroom feature for builders. This feature allows builders to provide Moen product information to homebuyers through customized homepage “showrooms”.
The web site, which launched in April, was designed to assist builders and their customers with the specification process, as well as offer Design Center tools and links to critical product information. Builders can develop and manage customized sell sheet graphics and, now, create online showrooms so that homebuyers can view product information quickly and easily online. In addition, it provides an efficient and organized means for builders to present standard and upgrade product options.
“This online tool will save homebuyers and builders valuable time,” said Beth Allison, Builder Target Market Manager for Moen. “With the new online showroom feature, builders can provide product offerings in a clear and logical format, and homebuyers can easily access product details including key features and benefits.”
Builders can create online showrooms for multiple developments and offer numerous product package options. The showrooms can be customized to include standard and upgrade product options, company logos and pricing information. The web site also provides an email feature so builders can email their customers to notify them of the online resource, and customers can notify builders of their preferences.
“The online showroom allows builders to communicate a vast amount of information easily to their customers,” added Allison. “Product offerings can be arranged by room so that the homebuyer can choose their desired fixtures and email those selections directly to the builder.”
