Concrete Sealer Provider Becomes Member in the Better Business Bureau

Local concrete sealer product company celebrates one year of growth by joining the Better Business Bureau.

The fast-growing company PPK, Inc. has benchmarked its first year in the industry by recently joining the local branch of the Better Business Bureau.

PPK, Inc., headquarters of Concrete Treat (a concrete sealer product that is innovating methods of new concrete construction as well as existing indoor and outdoor concrete) has shown significant growth. Recent months have brought three major distributors: Sullivan & Son of Hamden, CT, Superior Stone & Landscape Supply of Hamden, CT, and Menke Bros. of Fort Jennings, OH.

To date, Concrete Treat has been applied to concrete surfaces of all kinds, including paving stones, bridges, basement walls, garage floors, driveways, and on concrete floors being prepared for carpeting.

Applying Concrete Treat to paving stones in Hamden, CT

Menke Bros. has been using Concrete Treat for more than four years, in lieu of using concrete blankets. It's been proven that Concrete Treat is able to seal newly placed concrete and protect it from freezing and moisture damage. The Ohio-based company has reported using the product on hundreds of thousands of square feet of steel-troweled concrete. In one case, newly placed concrete was fully exposed to the elements and was protected only by Concrete Treat from December 2009 to February 2010, with no damage to the treated concrete surfaces. Menke Bros. reports that the application of Concrete Treat has eliminated their need for concrete curing blankets entirely, saving the company significantly in labor and materials cost.
