CHEC Signs Phase II EPC Project of Hambantota Port in Srilanka

On 31st December 2010, CHEC Ltd. signed EPC project of Phase II of Hambantota Port in SriLanka. The contract value amounted to USD810 million with construction period of 36 months.

This project is composed of four 100,000DWT container berths, one 100,000t-class oil terminal and two 30,000t feeder berths.
