V & M TWO, LLC, of Youngstown, Ohio has awarded Aker Construction, Inc., a subsidiary of Aker Solutions, a contract for the construction of a pipe mill process building in Ohio, US.
The contract for fabrication, supply and installation of materials to erect the building commences immediately. Contract value is undisclosed.

The project is located adjacent to the V & M Star L.P.'s operations in Youngstown, Ohio. V&M officially broke ground on the new mill in late July, and plans for the new mill to be operational within approximately 18 months.
