Conservatory Land, a leading manufacturer of DIY conservatories have announced that they are actively looking for larger fabrication premises in which to manufacture their popular ConservaBase system.
ConservaBase, the name given to the steel base and modular wall system for their DIY conservatories which the company started manufacturing only a few months ago has proved so popular that they have already outgrown their existing factory premises.
Director of Conservatory Land, David Bingham says "We are delighted with the success of our steel base conservatories and have been surprised by the high level of interest they have generated. ConservaBase orders have exceeded all of our expectations and we now urgently require a fabrication facility at lease twice the size of our existing one".
The company also states that due to high order levels and shortage of space, the finished products are having to be shipped out to their conservatory frame and roof factories for storage until they are loaded up for delivery along with the conservatories.
David Bingham continues "One in four of our DIY conservatories are now delivered direct to our customers' home with a ConservaBase and we expect this to rise to one in three within the next twelve months. The system is just perfect for DIY assembly and our customers love it because they benefit from a much quicker, easier and cleaner building project that is completely indistinguishable from conventional concrete and brick construction".
According to the company, steel base systems are a modern way to construct foundations for all conservatories and Conservatory Land are the only supplier in the UK to manufacture all three main components; the frames, roofs and bases.
