Forza Environmental Building Products, Inc. (OTCQB:GUGO) announces today an agreement for the sale of 40,000 of its Artzer Z-Panels™ to Merry Home, SA de CV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mytek International, Inc. Merry Home has agreed to purchase the building panels for a total sale of US$2,000,000.
The panels will be used in the construction of 500 homes at the "Los Pinos" project in Baja California, Mexico.
Michael C. Lee, Chief Financial Officer, of Forza, said, "We are extremely proud to begin this relationship with Merry Home and Mytek. In receiving this order, we have achieved our initial goal for the company. Mytek's interest in introducing sustainable building materials to the social housing market is perfectly aligned with ours. It has already completed the 200 unit Phase 1 of the overall project. The company is now exploring a variety of additional projects throughout the Americas.
