Infrastructure Developments’ Subsidiary Collaborates with Thailand-Based Construction Firm

Infrastructure Developments Corp. (OTCBB: IDVC) announced today that its subsidiary, Intelspec LLC (Thailand), has signed a Joint Venture agreement with Ritta Ltd., Thailand, to pursue specific projects in Southeast Asia.

Intelspec LLC is targeting several larger construction management opportunities throughout Southeast Asia and Ritta Ltd. is a recognized leader in Design-Build construction as one of Thailand's largest construction firms.

"Ritta brings regional construction capabilities with a wide range of experience on challenging projects to our team. Their proven track record, high quality standards, and long list of capabilities coupled with Intelspec's expert international project management align well with our long term expansion goals in the region and our ability to bid on larger projects," said Thomas R. Morgan, CEO of Intelspec LLC. "We currently have operations in Thailand and Southeast Asia, and this is yet another building block in the development of valuable resources. We are continuing to discuss additional opportunities in private and government sectors."
