Cicero's Development Wins Renovation Contract from Streams III Town Home Association

Cicero's Development Corporation, a premier commercial renovation company celebrating 40 years in business, today announced it has won a project to perform renovation for the Streams III Town Home Association in Wheaton.

The eight-week renovation will include removal and replacement of siding on 14 different town home buildings.

Using more than 79,000 square-feet of siding components, the renovation will improve structural durability and long-term resistance to extreme weather conditions, especially in advance of the approaching winter season.

"We look forward to renovating on time and on budget, a company commitment to excellence that's helped grow our business through the years," said Cicero's Founder and President Sam Cicero, Sr. "Our 400-hour competitive proposal was built on fine detail and value engineering to help Streams III maximize its renovation investment."

Cicero's Development Corporation recently earned an EPA Lead-Safe Certification for Building Renovations and Repairs. In addition, the company holds membership in the following organizations:

  • U.S. Green Building Council, (USGBC)
  • ACTHA -- Association of Condominiums, Town Homes and Home Owners Associations
  • CAI -- Community Association Institute
