Parsons Wins Construction Management Contract for DHS’ St. Elizabeth Campus

Parsons is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a 7-year program management contract by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to coordinate construction and infrastructure development for the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) St. Elizabeth Campus in Washington, D.C.

As Campus Coordinator, Parsons will assist the GSA in overseeing all phases of design, commissioning, information technology, energy management, community outreach, and the relocation of DHS headquarters personnel.

"Parsons will draw on our strong record of program and construction management to support the GSA and DHS for this project," said Todd Wager, Parsons Group President.

Development of the St. Elizabeth Campus is the most complex project in the GSA's history, and it is the largest federal construction project in the Washington metropolitan area since the construction of the Pentagon.
