Green Toad, the innovative ergonomic pivoting paint brush system that makes it easy and comfortable for anyone to paint quickly and accurately, will be debuting its biodegradable and compostable paint system on QVC Thursday, August 26th.
The Green Toad System (QVC Item #V30066) is scheduled to air during QVC's (Fall Clean Up with Dave James) broadcast at (7:00am EDT).
The QVC appearance marks the introduction of Green Toad's ergonomic grip. Designed in consultation with physical therapists, the Green Toad System combines a contoured-grip handle with a 360-degree pivoting brush head to minimize the physical discomforts associated with do-it-yourself painting and varnishing projects using a traditional paintbrush. The non-traditional contoured grip was designed to fit any size hand and possess the feel and performance of a durable hand tool. Moreover, the 360-degree rotating brush head locks securely in eight different positions. This not only reduces hand and wrist strain, but also improves accuracy in tight spots and challenging trim work. A quick release button on the ergonomic handle makes switching attachments a snap.
"The Green Toad is incredibly versatile. You can change brush sizes or paint colors by simply snapping a new brush head into place—no more stopping to clean the bristles between colors," said Lou Schiesz, CEO of Margco International LLC and inventor of the Green Toad. "And when you're ready for a roller, just click it into place and paint from eight different angles without twisting your wrist… The paint brush hasn't evolved much in the last 50 years," said Schiesz, "but, this product is revolutionary in terms of both comfort and the environment."
In addition to being comfortable and convenient, the Green Toad is also actually, well, green. All plastic parts, including the handle, brush heads, bristles and most internal parts, have been treated with Earthgreen™ polymers, which makes them biodegradable and compostable.
Brian "The Wall Wizard" Santos is scheduled to go on air to demo the paint brush as the guest for Green Toad.
